Missing 2 arms while I received packages. Definitely impossible for us to assembly! Bad product management work or delivery management. Very unsatisfied. Request for sending missing parts but still have to wait 2 weeks to get those! Unbelievable bad experience. Hope they gonna have a good attitude to fix this.

Style and aesthetic wise 1010. Comfortability 510. Sit a bit lower expected. Back support is could be structured better. Overall it’s an ok sofa.

I love the idea of the sofa but the back of it is uncomfortable my low. The back rest is more like arm rest height. Kind of hard to get the hinges to line up When assembling.
