Missing major part for this bench and Wayfair tells us it’s ineligible for replacement since it’s past the “30 day window” by 5 days. Extremely inconvenient and disappointing. We are avid Wayfair customers. Now unable to put together given missing piece.

I have a number of issues with this product. - it’s a bad sign when it come with a touch up marker but obvious why because the top corner came damaged - the front legs line up longer than the back - there’s nothing for the feet - it’s just bare particle board on the floor - the decorative bottom panel is unsupported in the middle so it floats around - the top decorative panel interferes with the top cubbies making them hard to access
