These Bridgette bar stools are really good quality. Exactly as described. I had read a review that the oatmeal color was more gray, I don’t agree as the color is perfect, not gray but not beige either and exactly what I was after. These are great and very comfortable! If I had one criticism it would be to ignore the instructions when it says to tighten the legs to the foot rail to 100%. Definitely put all screws in (legs to seat and legs to foot rail) at 50%, then align and tighten the legs to the seat to 100% BEFORE you tighten the foot rail..otherwise you will not be able to align the chair legs in a way that minimizes the gaps between the parts, creating pinch points for fingers when scooting in your chair. Love them except I'm trying to see the policy for a damage chair. I've just opened the box a few weeks ago. Easy put together. 1 of the chair has a tiny whole in it. What's the policy for getting another chair or reduced money. I would try and fix the whole on the corner of the seat on the front left side. Or can I purchase 1 more of the same chair.
