Sits flat on the ground . Awful!

Ordered this couch and was super excited. Once it arrived, the boxes it came in were very damaged. The couch itself seemed to be fine without damages. Once I began putting it together I quickly realized how low to the floor the couch was. I am quite tall and was thinking it was at least the same height as my current but it was not. Once me and my partner had it together he sat on the ottoman and we heard a crack. Realized it was a relatively thin piece of wood under the cushions for the support. Seems like the quality is just not there for what I was expecting and the money spent. The cushions are just layed on top of one another and they hang over the edge of the couch and I find they slide around providing a not very comfortable sit on the couch. The length and the color I love, was very sad that the couch was not what i was looking for and I had painted my living room to compliment the green. First time making a bigger purchase like this left me feeling quite defeated and am back to square one. Now I am sending back this couch that I was so excited for am and going to lose money to send it back as I was told this is coming off my refund. Not a great experience and I have learned a lesson to really do more homework on a piece of furniture before purchasing. There was only 1 review that was seemingly okay when I purchased it so I wanted to leave my own honest review so people dont end up in the same boat as myself.

Love it. Color is true to the photos (comparable to the dark green nugget play couch ahah!) received the order 2 days after ordering! (A week early!!! :))

Do NOT purchase this couch… the sectional pieces all are paper thin, even after taking the appropriate steps to fluff them up… truly very uncomfortable couch.. Also, for all of the sectional cushions they are not even attachable to the couch it’s self which makes it very frustrating having to re-adjust the couch everytime you stand up.. it’s unfortunate a $27 dollar refund was only available if taken out of the box.. feel like I was tricked by wayfair.

Not comfortable at all! Great color and the fabric is soft, but the couch itself sucks. It’s like there’s nothing there. Extremely uncomfortable to sit or lay down. May have to get something else even though I just bought it. Cannot stand it
