This sofa is very comfortable. It came with extra cushions but they are not needed in my opinion. The first picture has the extra cushions on, second without. The seats are comfortable without them and I prefer the way it looks without them. I just use the storage compartment under each section to store them in case I change my preference. It was easy to assemble, but the back cushions do not stay in place. I attached a wide piece of Velcro to the back of each cushion to fix that problem. It is very sturdy and seems like it should last a while. Overall, I would highly recommend this sectional.

First of all, the picture that i'm reviewing is not what's pictured above. the picture above shows a separate ottoman.. I did not receive a separate ottoman. there are pros and cons to this sectional.Pros: easy to put together.. Quick shipping.. Love the storage underneath.. Material is very soft and cleanable.. Cushions have zippers so that you can take the insides out and wash them..Cons: the top fluffy cushion that sits on top of the main cushion moves every time you sit on it.So you are constantly reorganizing your sectional. the actual back of the sectional is low and does not give you enough support. overall, it'll work for now.But due to the fact that it's not very comfortable on your back.I don't know how long I can use it.

Very nice fabric seems durable. I was surprised the top cushion is separate and just sits on top of normal cushion. Maybe it’s good because then you can just wash those Pillows were sealed so still Fluffing up. Color was great and pretty easy to assemble. Latches together very strong. Was just a little bit smaller than expected so be sure to measure. Wasn’t a smaller sectional but definitely not as large as I thought it would be. Like the storage under cushions. You can tuck in those handles if you want. fluffing up

Soft and comfortable!

I pondered for weeks wondering whether to get this sectional as there were no reviews. I decided to "test" it out by ordering the double sofa bench separately, figuring that I would return it (pay shipping charges and restocking fee) if I did not like it. I received it, but literally only received 1/2 the unit. The website incorrectly did not mention that it only came with one box (Carton C) instead of two boxes. So, after some back and forth with wayfair who had to contact the manufacturer, I was told I had to order Carton H as well. That was very annoying as I had to pay another $170. Since then, they have corrected the website and description to clearly show you have to order each box separately. (this is true also if you order the double pull out bed module) After I received Carton H, I decided it seemed to be good quality and I liked the color (light gray) so I went ahead and ordered the sectional, but ordered each piece separately as I wanted to have 2 chaise lounges (instead of the double bench and ottoman show in the main picture). The pieces arrived on Friday and Saturday and we assembled it last night. Instructions were not easy to locate, so just started building the couch (no tools are needed, you just line up brackets to connect pieces). Big heads up: Start from the right of the sofa and work your way left. You also need 2 people to build the sectional. Lounged in sectional last night (I love that my husband and I now have our own chaises to use) and it is very comfortable and seems pretty solid and well built. The loose pillows definitely provide more comfort and it is nice that you can use the couch with our without them! Pictures show the loose pillows, first without the bed pulled out, the second with the bed. Definitely glad I got this sectional! Everyone can be comfortable and put their feet up even with 5 people.
