I’m currently in communication with the manufacturer to determine how to resolve my concerns. Unfortunately, the chair looks much better in the listing photos than it does in person. The quality and overall appearance do not reflect the price I paid.

I searched high and low for a chair for my reading nook and finally landed on this one - and I'm so glad I did. It's just the right size. It was a bit of a bear to put together, but that's true of most online furniture like Wayfair. Took about an hour. The chair did need to puff up for about 2 days to look like this.The ottoman also has storage in it where we put blankets. Really happy with my purchase.

My wife got this for her reading room and she loves it. Fits the space perfectly and the phone holder is so great!!!

Happy with this chair and ottoman purchase overall! It arrived quickly and everything was clean, intact, and well packaged. Assembly was straightforward and took me about an hour total, including unpacking, cleanup, and getting everything staged. There were a couple small things I had to tweak. The cushion attachment on the ottoman takes a little adjusting to get it to sit correctly without the black inner liner showing, but once you get it positioned right, it’s really not a big deal. The attached arm pillows were also a little too full and didn’t want to lay flat, even after giving them about two weeks to settle and trying to reshape them. I ended up removing about 13 of the stuffing from each, and now they sit and look much better. The outside of the chair does look a little flat on its own, so I added some fuzzy armchair protectors, partly for appearance and partly because my dog has completely claimed this chair as his own. They actually added a really nice cozy look and protect the ivory fabric at the same time. Overall, I’m very happy with it. It looks great, was easy to put together, and the few issues were minor and easy to fix. I bought this during a Labor Day sale and found the price point reasonable for the product.
