4.5 Stars Beautiful, functional, SOLID and very well made for the price I’m once again very pleased with this bed. The fabric is a muted beige with a soft, velvety texture that looks elegant and feels wonderful. It has a warm, refined look that worked beautifully in this room. I paired it with an bedding set and accessories from from a local store, which complemented it perfectly. One of my favorite features is the storage. While I personally prefer a hydraulic lift storage bed because it holds more and is a little easier to access, I still really appreciate that this bed has two side drawers, which are very useful for extra linens, blankets, or other bedroom essentials. My only small complaint with the drawers is that they are not on a track, so they can be a little tricky to push in perfectly and keep looking completely aligned. Another standout detail is the pillow-backed headboard. The padded backing attaches with Velcro and can be removed, which is such a smart feature in case it ever needs cleaning. That thoughtful detail really impressed me. The assembly was very manageable. It took me about 2 hours, a bit longer than some other beds I’ve done, but it was still very straightforward and could absolutely be done by one handy person. All supplies were included, and the instructions had both written steps and visual diagrams, which made the process easy to follow. The only other issue I had was with the delivery timing. I had scheduled delivery for Thursday because I would not be home until then, but it arrived on Wednesday instead. Unfortunately, there was a torrential downpour Wednesday night, and although most of the pieces were wrapped in plastic, some items still got wet. Thankfully, Wayfair remedied the problem, which I appreciated. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase. It’s stylish, comfortable, thoughtfully designed, and offers useful storage, ESPECIALLY AT THIS PRICE! Despite a few minor drawbacks, this is still a beautiful bed, and I’m once again impressed. This was actually the fourth Latitude Run bed I’ve purchased, which says a lot about how consistently pleased I’ve been with the brand.
