This chair took much longer than stated, but it was well worth the wait and customer service was great. We have had the chair over a yeat now and it is perfect for my husband's needs, well made and works nicely. I got the brown and it is dark, subtle and we are both very happy.

Great chair! We bought this for my 92-year-old father, but I of course I gave it a spin first! Very comfortable, reclines almost completely flat, lift is a great help for getting out of the chair. The heat and massage features are a nice bonus. I appreciate that it has battery backup so that he won't get stuck in a reclined position if the power goes out. Assembly was very easy, but definitely worth paying for the delivery to his room - very heavy!
