Very comfortable, well made, the fabric is soft and velvety. Makes me want to sit longer at the table. Plus they are gorgeous. The gray color is as pictured.

I am typically not a person that leaves negative reviews, however I’ve had quite an issue with Wayfair and this order. When I purchased the chairs, the description was “Affonso Upholstered Dining Chair (set of 2). Which indicates to me that there would be 2 chairs in one order. I read reviews and questions that were asked. One question was “How many chairs is included?” To which Wayfair responded “This includes 2 chairs.” Based off of that and confirming by Wayfair that 2 chairs are included in an order, I purchased a qty of 2 which would total 4 chairs. I received my order on Monday that only included 2 chairs. Called Wayfair to see if the other chairs were being sent separately. Customer service agent looked up the description of the chairs, (which has been changed since 9/4) and it no longer shows these as being sold as a set. My invoice and order confirmation show the description as a set of 2, to which the agent argued with me telling me that wasn’t true. I asked her where I can send my documentation to show what I have and she continue to tell me there’s nothing she can do for me. Called back to speak to another agent hoping to gain some more insight, and he said the same thing. The description on their end of what I purchased does not indicate these chairs being sold as a set of 2 and that i only purchased 2 chairs total. I’ve requested a manger to contact me, to which I am still waiting for. I’ve also emailed customer service and waiting for management to respond to that. I have no issues with the chairs themselves. I love them, and just want the other 2 that was advertised as coming in my order fulfilled. I am including a pic of my order confirmation of what I ordered as well as the response from Wayfair to a customer stating two chairs are included in an order. I have a dinner party in a few weeks and am looking for a speedy resolution to this issue so my guests have a place to sit!!

These chairs are incredibly comfortable shape wise, for both a desk chair and are also at my dining room table as well. And great value for the cost. I have six (6) total, and my very happy and guests compliment them on style and comfort all the time.

Nice material orange color is a rich warm tone easy to assemble easy to wipe clean a bit stiff but comfortable to sit for any length of time Only issue is dye lot is slightly different on 2 sets I purchased Not too noticeable but can tell if really looking

Nice looking chairs, hard to put together as it is a lot of work to get all the screw holes to line up!
