Comfortable, if a bit on the small side for an ergonomic chair. Works fine and relatively easy to assemble. Good product value for the cost.

Chair was easy to assemble, took less than 30 mins. Really comfortable with great lumbar support. Arms are adjustable which is key for me as I’m tall.

This is absolutely my worse online purchase experience. very disorganised and poor customer service. I made this order on the 1st of sept 2020 and got an email that it was damaged by customs and replacement would be sent. the 'replacement' was delivered and it came without screws. i have sent several emails to customer service and i've been promised that replacement parts would be sent but non have been sent till now. for about 2 weeks I've had a chair I cannot use
