I am not please with the problem I reported. I sill do not have the item I paid for. I feel I m being ignored.

0 stars for this one Wayfair! I have now purchased this armoire TWICE! The first time, it came without hardware, drawer slides, and an instruction book. I ordered the hardware and was told it would take 10 days to receive. I thought that was a little crazy, since the piece (a large, heavy furniture piece) arrived in four days. I received an email two days ago saying Wayfair would be sending a whole new armoire with hardware included by Sunday. Today it arrived -without hardware and instructions!! This is a $400 piece. What a waste!

Can’t say much for this item. Received box 1 on time but not 2. When reported to customer service, they denied there was a box 2 even though when explained it was written on the box and there were too many pieces missing to assemble the armoire. Eventually connected with higher level person but still could not convince of box 2. However , Traci G offered to reship but it would have been one box again (maybe box 2 of 2 lol) declined and returning the original shipment. Would not recommend this armoire unless verified that all of it is being shipped. This was a waste of time and effort on both sides.

Looks good but the doors have bubbles underneath the coating

We purchased two of these cabinets. We had a very difficult time getting them delivered. The weight of the boxes is so much that the cartons don’t support them very well since it took three deliveries to get one that was destroyed in shipping. They are very heavy cartons 120 and takes a longtime to put together, but looks nice and seems sturdy. These are not for the faint of heart to get and assemble, but worth it.
