The loveseat itself is great other than the fact that it came with a small rip in the leather that we are concerned will get bigger. The delivery personnel, Colon and Derral, were very helpful and pointed out the defects. They were wonderful. We did have to complain regarding the service options given to address the problem which wayfair ultimately agreed to properly address. Other than the disappointment of the rip, the experience was good.
