Well built chair. Quality piece. Easy to assemble. Firm seat. Leather not “cold.” I would definitely buy again.

I purchased this recliner in March of this year. It seemed to be perfect for me.It was comfortable, easy to operate, and matched my other furniture. A week ago (Aug. 2nd) the mechanism stopped working. The paperwork did not have service phone #, or any troubleshooting tips. When I contacted Wayfair, I was told that it was more than 30 days, I was out of luck. After years as a customer, I'm through with Wayfair. I caution other customers to be wary. It doesn't matter if you are a loyal customer, you are on your own. Clare Hoban

This recliner is by far the best one I have purchased. The infinite adjustment feature independently adjusts the headrest and footrest for the most comfortable positions. The one button close feature works perfectly to adjust the headrest and footrest simultaneously within a reasonable time to exit the chair. The appearance, when closed, does not look like a recliner, but a slightly oversized chair for those of us who do not like a recliner in our living room. The cream leather matches my Natuzzi leather sofa perfectly. I am very pleased with this purchase.
