The Writing Desk Desk is very nice. Sturdy. Plan to have help when carrying the box into your home, the box is 85 lbs plus. I’m very happy with the desk.

Absolutely perfect for my intended use as a desk, also large enough to be used as a regular dining table. EXTREMELY heavy. As mentioned by another reviewer, the are built using tongue-in-groove construction rather than full single piece hardwood. There are some knots in a couple spots of the legs but nothing in the table top itself. My only negative was that the original images showed there was a reinforced frame under the table top but that seems to have been removed in the current model.
