Great size, very sturdy, drawers glide easily

One of the drawers does not close as the track is bent. Wayfair has contacted the manufacturer, and we are waiting for a response. I will update the rating when appropriate repairs have been made.

If it was just about the quality of the product I would give this set a 4.5 star. But as far as costumer service, reschedule, assembly appointments, reordering, this order was a nightmare for me and maybe a 1 star. At first I was given choice to get replacement or discount for a part that was damaged. I closed replacement since i5 was impossible to use the brocken part, then I discover small dents and slightly damaged areas on the interior portion of my drawers and I was asked the same question if I want a replacement or discount, since the damage was not obvious I choose the discount. But I never received the discount, and when I called the costumer service, I was told I can't have both discount and replacement since I have choose replacement I can't get discount as well. But I never received the replacement for other parts. And I find out another problem with the set, the light of the bed was constantly turning on by itself, I contacted the manufacturer as directed they were very fast to respond and offering solutions, after couple of ideas that did not worker they offered me a replacement for the head board. My nightmare start after that, the wafaur keep rescheduling, canceling and reordering the parts for various reasons. Then when I got the delivery scheduled nobody showed up on the promised time. When I called to see what happened I was told they came and nobody was home and a guy told them we are not home. I have cameras and I was home all day but nobody came when I mentioned that to them, they said they can try to come to my house at the end of the day, which nobody came. I got another day scheduled and again something happened and nobody came. This circle of canceling reschedule was kept happening a few times , the last time I called them the guy on the phone was just saying sorry and they don't know why is this keep happening. Through out all this time I tried to be very nice and keep my cool and I did, but It took a month and a half till I finally got my replacement with white glove delivery. The only thing that I was offered o e of the time that I was emailing was a 10% discount for my next shop, with this level of costumer care I doubt anyone would order anything again.
