Our old bed frame was just too tall, and we needed one that was shorter so I could add a very thick mattress. This frame is perfect. My dog can not climb under it, and even with a 16 inch mattress, I can easily get on the bed now, instead of having to jump or use a step. The lip at the edge keeps the mattress from moving, and it doesn't creak or shimmy across my floors. Perfect for us!

The set up was simple, but I bought two of these in May and they're both broken now! Highly not recommended!!!!!

There was an issue with this bed frame. The holes on the wooden parts that must be screwed onto the bed rails of frame don’t align at all. Holes are completely off. Luckily, my husband is handy and drilled new holes onto the wooden parts to be able to screw the two parts together. If you are not handy or ready for this type of project, then this bed frame is not for you. A lot of parts to put together for such a simple frame. My husband was not happy with this purchase. It was a big project that took over an hour just to put it together.

It arrived 2 days early ~ the instructions were limited however, we championed them and put the frame together ~ we slept comfortably! So far very pleased with the purchase.

It works well with my velvet Vant’s head board easy assembly and would definitely purchase it again
