Easy to put together, looks nice but very hard! Bottom cushions are hard foam very uncomfortable

I basically hate this purchase. This is a nice looking sofa & chaise and a very nice shade of blue but is not really what I expected. The sofa is relatively solid and well-constructed but I think it was constructed for children. It is basically a 3/4 size sofa in every respect, seating is too low to the ground making it hard to get up from sofa, chaise is too narrow, seating not deep enough, seat cushions extremely firm and thin. The extreme cushion firmness itself actually feels pretty good but seating is much too low. The worst feature of this sofa is the backing - again much too low. Anyone taller than about 4'9" has no back support when seated - very uncomfortable. A full grown adult cannot lean back - it feels like your upper body is trying to bend backwards over the back cushions - zero back support. This is the first and last time I will ever order a sofa without actually seeing it in person. Extremely disappointed!!!!
