Table de salle à manger extensible Nyasia

Purchased this less than a year ago. VERY light use. The veneer top is chipping in one area of the table. I can count on one hand the number of times we've had guests eating at that end of the table. The chat bot tells me there is no resolution, that there is only a 30 return/warranty. Do not purchase this set. I had to ask the chat bot repeatedly to speak with a live customer service person. It told me twice that text and chat were my only options. Then, I just asked for the customer service number and it gave me the 800 number. Will update again if Wayfair supports their customers when products are clearly defective.

Solid table and great quality but note trestle base is white. Some pictures show it in white while others lean more to a beige look. Not a stark white but just an FYI. 4 vs 5 starts for color variation in base.
