Excellent, easy delivery, super cute

This is a beautiful couch comfortable and sturdy opens to a comfortable bed for good night rest or lounging

The couch is beautiful! But I did not receive the left or the right arm for the couch(: so after 40 minutes with Wayfair customer service I was assured that they would be sending them out to me and they’d arrive around November 30. That certainly messes up Thanksgiving for me. Then I got the email confirming the replacement order, and it was for two right arms. So once again, I’m on chat with Customer Service trying to straighten it out. What an inconvenience. I’ve never had a problem with Wayfair in the past. I hope this isn’t a trending pattern.

We bought the violet color and it is so vibrant. Very comfortable too! Was easy-ish to put together too.

The color is so pretty! It’s sturdy and quite large, but I was able to assemble it myself. The material is soft and the quality is actually great in general.
