Great form factor for a smallish condo. Seats four with more than enough room when both leaves are extended, and we can drop one or both to save space when it's not in use. We particularly love the design - it's a nice, clean, modern look that still has a touch of style. It's sometimes tough to find compact, condo-friendly furniture that doesn't look plain and utilitarian. Assembly was easy, and overall the table feels sturdy and well-built - with one exception. The mechanism that holds the leaves up when they're extended feels a little flimsy. It's just four wooden slats that slide out from under the main section of the table, and wedge underneath rubber pads on the underside of the leaves. The leaves flex slightly if much weight is put on them, which makes me wonder whether the slats, or the wooden brackets holding them in place, are going to be able to hold up long term to things like people leaning on them. I would have much preferred a more robust solution, preferably involving some actual hardware. That said, there's no signs of breakage yet, so maybe I'm just being paranoid. One other small issue is that the finish on the top started wearing away almost immediately. Even with light usage, we already have a sprinkling of small spots where the black has worn or chipped away to show the lighter wood underneath. Not a huge deal as the spots are small for now, and we're not that picky. But I suspect I'm going to have to repaint/refinish it before too long. Overall we're fairly satisfied. The table doesn't feel quite as high quality as we'd have liked, but so far it's perfect for our purposes.
