Exceeded expectations. Taking out of the crate was a bit of a hassle, but it is a beautiful piece of furniture.

This is such a magnificent piece of furniture!! It is high quality and unique. It was delivered without any issues. I have received so many compliments. It's perfect!!

This was the fifth console we received. All of the other consoles were very similar to the pictures on here. All of the ones we received were broken, as if someone stacked something very heavy on top making the boards cracked and broken. The top of the one in my picture is like the picture but, as you can easily see, I received an ugly console. We had to remove the packing by ourselves which was tedious and difficult for us. I had just had brain surgery and all of the subsequent replacements. I had told our case manager that it was no fault of ours that we received broken consoles. I was told that the shipping team would remove the packaging so we could inspect it while they were here. Every single time a replacement was shipped, it was a battle with the shipper because Wayfair didnt let them know that we would receive the white glove service for the inconvenience of having multiple broken consoles. I hate the one I received that wasnt broken. I dont like the white and the lettered drawer. I asked the team if they could allow me to swap out the drawers that matched the top and what we wanted. The answer was NO. So I spent over a thousand dollars to have an UGLY console.
