fayola 2drawer nightstand is nice quality solid wood, sturdy and looks good. Assembly was easy (only the legs). Nice deep drawers that work well. Had an odd smell at first so aired out before moving to room. The description is Midcentury Modern, but it is actually Art Deco. Not sure why it was listed that way. Including a picture of the back.

Had wanted the white versions which never seemed to ever come back into stock. Settled for brown and we're disappointed with the look, build and finish. Even for a "weathered" finish, this is marginal at best with putty-filled flaws and a VERY unfinished look. The side panels on one (we bought 2) were not lined up properly and left gaps where there shouldn't be any. Whatever paint was used in the drawers and on leg hardware was either defective or never let to properly dry before being packed as it stunk to high heaven and was tacky to the touch. Needed paint thinner to remove the paint from my fingers after putting the legs on. We ended up putting the nightstands in the garage with a fan running on them for several days to get rid of most of the smell and get the paint to somewhat dry. Speaking of the leg hardware, do not tighten the screws very much or you will strip the poorly installed screw receptacles right out of the legs that are made from a very soft wood. As far as delivery, FedEx was their usual selves with late delivery and multiple item tracking that made no sense while enroute.

Very sturdy, great design, can be used with or without the legs!

Love this! Solid and the drawers hold a lot!
