The bed is nice but the sides were scratched. Also the instructions are not easy to follow. But love the look!

One star for the entire order. I ordered a bedroom set, a chest of drawers, 2 bedside tables, and the bed. HORRIBLE! Long story short, I received the tables and bed but not the chest. When I called to check on the chest, Wayfair apologized and resubmitted the order. But they ordered more tables. When I called back to say they ordered more tables and I just wanted to check on the chest - they cancelled the chest and one table. And now the chest is out of stock so I have a mismatched bedroom set with no chest of drawers. The good news is the bed is more solid and well constructed than I expected.

The bed frame is sturdy enough and nice looking with the matching night stands. Beware of the “white glove delivery” advertised. The service in our area called ahead to let us know they do not assemble platform beds. They delivered three large boxes and didn’t even wait to take away the cardboard. My husband ended putting the bed together by himself but we were very disappointed with the “white glove service”. I contacted Wayfair customer service and they said, yes, sometimes that happens and we can do nothing for you.

Bed arrived just fine and was left on the porch. It is heavy and well made.

Rustic, warm feel. Very nice!
