The product is ok. But due to mishandling in delivery, some parts were damaged, I asked for a replacement to see what happens. I hope this time it arrives without damage.

I love this bed now that it is put together! The assembly was pretty easy but there was no pre-drilled holes for the base boards so we had to do that, and it said not to use a drill so had to do it by hand. The packaging was pretty awful. The first headboard was damaged, they sent us another one with ease, so that was nice. But the second one showed up damaged as well. It was still usable and we didnt want to go thru another replacement process so we kept it, and they gave us a little refund. Now that its together I absolutely love the bed!

Beautiful bed, great quality. The headboard was broken, but i was able to repair it.
