Cannot emphasize enough how far away you should stay from this product. From mislabeled parts and unclear or incorrectly ordered instructions, to broke parts, having to drill our own holes and spelling mistakes all throughout the manual, this experience has turned us off of wayfair for the rest of our lives. It’s true what they say: you get what you pay for, and I’ll do my research on affordability and quality before I buy anything again (and trust that it won’t be from Wayfair).

The Tree Hall with Hangers was a great addition to my entry way of my new apartment. The natural wood along with the black accents of the handles made for a sleek look. It also matched great with the black runner I had.

The item looks nice and will serve the purpose as a catchall for my kids when they come home from school. I removed one star for quality of the wood. I am hopeful it will hold up for a few years. We shall see.

We were able to set it up as much as possible. The glass arrived broken. And there were a few missing screws. Will have to contact Wayfair to see what can be done about. Other than that it looks good. Nice sized tree that will go in entryway perfectly.

For the price, I was disappointed with this piece. The hardware is basically the cheapest/flimsiest you can find. Fit and finish is ok, but not great. The drawer doesn't move smoothly, I ended up replacing the slides with better, soft-closing ones that cost me only $15 (but a lot of time). The bottom of the drawer is not well supported, I had to add some screws there. The mirror arrived broken, but the seller quickly agreed to send me a replacement, which I hope to receive soon. Some screws were missing, luckily I had some that worked out. In short, not bad, but for the price, I expected better quality.
