I so wanted this to be the space- saving solution to a small guest bedroom but ended up disappointed. The drawer assembly is very poorly designed and doesn't stay square when rolling. Also, the part that slides into the cabinet first only goes about 3/4 of the way in and then gets stuck. Needless to say, we can't speak to comfort or usability until my husband figures out a way to make that work without damaging the "real" fiber board that is supposed to be wood. Don't waste your money. I'm ready to throw it on the burn pile and try my hand at building one.

It was really heavy and the material is not very good quality

This Murphy bed was a huge challenge to put together because of its poor quality. Several pieces of hardware were totally faulty. For example, some of the boards come with a plastic insert that you put a metal rod into, but the plastic piece was missing from 2 spots where it was supposed to be. When I requested a replacement piece of hardware, they didn’t send the proper piece. The screws that hold the two bottom handles weren’t long enough to go through the wood and secure the handles. The cam locks were extremely cheap, several just broke. We had to make several trips to the hardware store to get replacement pieces. The top of the dresser itself was rippled and warped. With all the fixes we had to make (including waiting for the wood glue to dry, it took several weeks to put together. Ultimately, I’m happy enough with how it looks and works but I would not recommend it to someone else or purchase from this brand again.

We have a damaged panel on our bed. Is this something that can be replaced Let me know if we can get one or if you need more info. Otherwise it’s beautiful

This product is terrible and was waste of my money. I spent over $1000 for a damaged product as a contractor I still tried to salvage it but it’s still doesn’t function the way instructions imply.
