Dovetail guarantees to repair or replace any item found defective in material, or workmanship under normal use and following care instructions. The warranty applies under conditions of normal residential use and does not apply to damage caused as a result of negligence or misuse. This includes improper cleaning, construction, we cannot be responsible for issues created by extremely high or low levels of humidity. If you are in either desert or mountainous regions and have experienced such problems with furniture of this nature, malfunction, exposure to chemicals and foreign substances, liquids, or failure to conform to this warranty, as our items are mainly built from solid wood, we suggest selecting other items in our collection as we will not be accepting returns from these areas. This warranty does not cover payment of shipping costs to and from Dovetail. This warranty is valid for one (1) year from the date of invoice.
