Commode pour la lingerie en bois massif Larson

 I like this piece and think it is beautiful. It matches my other mango wood bedroom furniture. However there are a few things I’m not in love with. Two of the drawers are very tight and don’t close easily. See picture. They require a lot of extra force to get them flush with the other drawers. A notch of wood fell out of the side. I don’t think it was from the delivery or unpacking process. I think it was just a weak spot in the wood. See picture. It’s in a place that doesn’t really show so I’m OK with it, but it wasn’t what I would expect for such an expensive piece. I think it was just a weak spot in the wood. I hadn’t realized from the pictures online that it had numbers painted on the drawers. It’s helpful for remembering what things I put in which drawer, but the added industrial look of it is a little different than what I was planning for the style in the room.  I like it enough that I wouldn’t return it, but I feel like I shouldn’t have the issues with the drawers closing or the missing piece of wood for the high price.

This was delivered to the wrong address. I had to walk the street to find it. And it was super heavy and needed help to load it into my truck. I reported this to Wayfair and they pretty much said it wasn't their problem and only I could contact FedEx to try and track it down. And I would then have to wait 3 days to request a refund or reorder. Actually this was YOUR problem as you choose FedEx as your carrier. This would not happen if you used UPS. I was pretty much on my own, as another package was part of this shipment totaling over $1000. And I am a frequent customer. Poor customer service

This dresser fits a lot of stuff and fits in my closet and I still have room for other things in closet .

Gorgeous! Well built, great finish better quality than anticipated. Had some hardware issues with the bottom two drawers due to shippingdelivery but customer service was super responsive quickly helped correct the issue.

This piece arrived damaged originally so I was sent a replacement. The replacement arrived even more damaged than the first! Both completely unusable. I’m guessing the whole let had been droppeddamaged. Shame as the piece itself is beautiful, solid and a unique size which is hard to find. Thankful for wayfair amazing customer service.
