I received a completely different sofa different color no pillows cushion very thin uncomfortable

The sofa looks great in the picture but not so much in person! The fabric in the picture looks off-white beige type color but the fabric is white in real life (too white) so another example of showing one thing and being another in reality. The material does not feel comfortable when seating or laying on the couch...it feels very hard. Not happy with my purchase overall and for the price, I do regret the purchase!
