Delivered with a completely destroyed inner cavity, which revealed that shelves were stapled, not nailed. Flimsy low quality interior wood, high quality exterior. Very disappointing purchase, but good Customer Service to resolve.

This must be a really cheaply made item. I ordered it and it was damaged, so I refused the delivery. This happened 3 times. The last time the box wasn't damaged but the package rattled. When opened, the drawers were falling apart. Decided to cancel the order after the 3rd time.

I love my table. The first one I received was damaged. Wayfair originally wanted to send a repairman but then realized they did not have one in the area. They replaced the entire item and did not make me return the original. It’s not something I could pop in the mail . It was an expensive piece I’m my world so I was very pleased they wanted to make it right.

This is such an amazing piece. It is a solid piece that comes fully assembled. The drawers open easily and allow for lots of storage. The more natural wood finish works well in all design aesthetics. It is easy to clean and has held up well.

I really want to like this more however cant due to quality issues. It first arrived with broken inside drawer supports. We contacted and they were going to send someone to fix it but then decided to send us a new one. Unfortunately the second also came with a broken inside support. We were able to get the drawer to work even with one support now missing. Better than the first one but still not ok. The wood is great and sturdy and weve gotten compliments on it already. They need to use better nails for the inside support bars.
