The product isn’t packaged well. The knobs are attached and part of door is glued together so during shipping the knobs poke through the cardboard box and get scraped, and on my first one that came the door was totally broken because of this. I asked for a replacement door and they said they’d ship one, days went by and then they had to reorder. Then about a week passed and they sent a whole new tv stand. However same packaging, so this one had scraped up knobs and one door was a little looser and knob was loose you could tell there was same issue of pressure being put on it. Also the second replacement one had glue stains spots all over and sawdust and a corner of the door was also imperfect. Really disappointed because this is such an expensive item, it was put together sort of carelessly and the shipping damaged the product. I also wasn’t told I’d get a whole new item. I just wanted a replacement door, which still they didn’t send. Now I have two less than perfect pieces of furniture, one that’s damaged with no new door and one that’s still not in the best condition it should be considering the price. The door on this one also isn’t the same as the other one, different grain. Just irritated by the whole thing. I just wanted a door 2 weeks ago and it’d be fine, but now I’m just more irritated because they sent a whole new item that still has issues and didn’t even send the requested replacement part. It is a cute item, it is nice but it needs to be packaged way better, either no handles on or something protecting them from punching through the box. Also clearly there’s some carelessness in the construction as there’s wood glue stains and beading up all on this one.

It's okay. It looks cheap and darker than we were expecting based off the photos online. One of the doors is misaligned and it arrived with one of the door latching magnets broken off.

This was purchased for a relative. When they received it there was damage on a door and a knob missing. The replacement was sent very quickly and arrived with no issues. Only comment was that it was much darker than the picture. Overall they are very happy and impressed by Wayfair’s Customer Service.

We bought this for a cabin. It is great for the bare minimum storage for tv media equipment. It is doubling as a bench for us. Do not buy this if you need more storage!

We love our new tv stand. It is solid wood and the grain of the wood is beautiful. We received our stand in less than a week. When the stand arrived one of the legs was damaged. By the condition of the box the stand was in, it was damaged during shipping. We contacted Wayfair and they sent us another stand. We didn't have to return the first, it was our choice to do whatever we wanted to with it.
