Bibliothèque standard Wilma

I purchased the 3-shelf size, 36" H X 48" wide. It holds my entire cookbook collection and does double duty as a divider between the foyer and kitchen/dining area. Beautiful, heavy wood in the mission style. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the backing. I wish furniture manufacturers would stop to consider that not every piece of furniture is going to be put against a wall, so it would be nice to have a decent backing. The back of this bookcase is some sort of shiny, vinyl covered panel and the color is awful. Maybe it was meant to be faux marble, but they missed by a mile. It simply looks like someone threw dirt on it then watered it!

This bookcase is beautifully made! It is EXACTLY what I was looking for. I am thinking about ordering another one.

Sturdy and attractive! Good value for a large piece of solid wood furniture.

We live in a 1912 historical home and typically do not purchase new items, but after a 5 year search for a bookcase without success I purchased this one for my vintage children’s book collection. PERFECT! Very nice construction and it’s beautiful. I’m ready to buy another for my husband’s album collection.

Overpriced. And the overall quality of the material and the "craftsmanship" is terrible.
