A great chair for WFH with a lot of adjustable features - the arm, the back, height, and seat. Most important it was easy to assemble. This chair replaces my previous chair where the height adjustment stop working. Arrive earlier than expected and was well packaged. Picture instruction but not to hard to follow.

We have two of these exact chairs in our home office and ordered another for a second home because they are comfortable and easy to maintain. Highly recommend.

Received the chair on time and in good order. It was easy to put together according to my husband. It's got all the various controls to adjust the chair to your personal comfort and fit. Am liking it so far!

Good quality chair at a reasonable price. I have back pain and this chair provides a good support. Delivery was a mess though. They forgot to ship it. I called a week later then they shipped it immediately. I got it two days later.

No lumbar support. The back of chair has a gap between it and the seat. I guess the rave reviews I read were from people who don't need or appreciate back support? I gave it two stars because of the features to raise, lower and tilt, but this is not a good chair for back support.

This was given as a gift and our son in law has not had any problems and he likes the comfort and height adjustment feature.
