Chair is great but one part was missing.

The office chair is really nice and soft. One of the main features for me was the ability to lift the arms out of the way. The only negative thing was that it is not at a complete 90 degree angle when sitting. I have neck issues and I do need to add a head/upper back chair pillow for extra support, yet for the softness and arms out of the way, it is worth it. I wish they would make them more upright and recline. The chair is really nice and I would definitely recommend.
