DO NOT BUY FROM WAYFAIR !!! Do not purchase this!! First purchase I made from Wayfair and I regret so much. I put this together and more than halfway finished I noticed it’s missing parts. Not only it’s missing parts but it’s not what I expected because it’s uncomfortable cushions. The cushions are hard and the structure of the couch is cheap and uncomfortable. I called customer service and explained the situation. They said for me to return I would have to pay a fee and un-assemble it. That’s ridiculous!! That would require me to fit and find more boxes when it came compressed in 1 box. I tried explaining multiple times to the customer service person (Tiffany), but she offered no help. Wayfair is very inconvenient and a terrible company. Will never purchase from this company again.
