The leather is buttery smooth. Comfortable fit. The settings give a fairly good customizable seating. The family is pleased. A lil disappointed that the warranty is for 60days and to purchase an extended one is over $200.

I bought this chair for my dad. He has dementia and is quickly losing strength. I bought it in the gray color, which matches the rest of my furniture perfectly. It’s a really beautiful looking chair, high-quality leather and has a lot of great functions. Although, my dad is having a bit of trouble learning the buttons, I highly recommend this chair.
