Ralston Storage Bed

Easy to assemble, good quality for the price. Wish the bottom drawers were a bit bigger, but it’s okay.

We’ve had this bed for 3 years and the drawers are trashed- one of them is completely unusable at this point. We did not overfill it - it’s just very poor quality. Very disappointing as we are now having to buy a new bed after just 3 years.

This item listing states "solid wood and engineered wood", but that is false. This is made from MDF and particle board composite. It looks, feels, and is cheap. Unfortunately, our item also came with mismatched color swatch panels (ebony and walnut panels), which looked ridiculous. Some of (but not all) of the pieces had been assembled before - they showed signs of stripped out holes, and otherwise had wear and tear from a previous assembly. The package was damaged to an extent that is hard to describe. The outer box had several holes, the styrofoam was completely shattered at both ends, and it's not possible for that to happen from just one "drop". This was truly a misleading if not inaccurate description, wildly overpriced for how cheap and poorly designed this is, and the package that we received had not gone through any level of quality control.

DO NOT BUY! For $400+ this frame is tiny, top section is exposed and ugly since mattresses don’t fill it. The drawers are tiny and easily exposed for dust and etc to get into whatever you have in it. I regret wasting so much money on this subpar item when I could’ve chose something less expensive and more convenient. For this much money it shouldn’t look like I purchased it from a bargain bin. Please do not waste your money, if I could return it I would
