Perfect

We received this TV stand about a month ago, but it arrived without the hardware set. No screws, no bolts, nothing. We immediately opened a case and waited another full month for a resolution. After all that waiting, some of the replacement parts still never arrived. In the end, we had to • buy our own drill and hardware • drill new holes ourselves • do all measurements and adjustments manually This completely defeats the purpose of buying a ready-made TV stand. The experience was extremely frustrating and time-consuming. I absolutely do not recommend this product. Poor quality control and terrible customer support. One star is already too much.

First of all the package was like 4 days late, and then it came opened and things were broken inside. And this is not the first time this happened either.
