Although the couch was not for me and I would not recommend, the customer service was excellent. I had no issues returning and FedEx picked it up right from the house. I have bought a few different things from Wayfair and never had a problem, so I will recommend Wayfair as a whole as they were quick and responsive to get the issue taken care of as quickly as possible.

Missing zipper handles corner is dented and can’t fluff up to the max still flat I am not happy with this couch.
