Love this couch! I got the green color and I was a bit worried it would be too bright but it is a perfect forest green! As soon as we took it out of the box and cut the plastic it expanded wry fast! I would definitely recommend this couch!

Unfortunately, this sofa was a major disappointment and appears to have significant design flaws. Although the sofa arrived vacuum-packed as advertised, it never fully expanded, even after being left out for more than two days. The biggest issue is the lack of support. The cushions feel overly soft and airy, causing the sofa to sink and tilt as soon as someone sits down. The entire structure feels unstable and wobbly, making it uncomfortable for everyday use. It provides very little support for an adult and seems better suited for a toddler than a full-sized adult. The gray color was also disappointing and did not look as appealing in person as it did in the product photos. In addition, the sofa is extremely bulky and takes up a significant amount of space. For those living in smaller homes or apartments, especially a typical NYC apartment, its oversized footprint can quickly overwhelm the room. Overall, the quality is subpar, the support is inadequate, and the size is impractical for many living spaces. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this sofa.

Did not receive entire couch, missing ottoman and another center piece. It’s ok but i wouldn’t call it comfortable. Photos are a bit deceptive, it’s not as well structured as shown. There are no pieces holding the cushions together so if you’re sitting expect them to split apart a bit. Best as college furniture, or maybe a bonus room. Would ideally need to sit against a wall for best results. Can’t photograph entire couch as it was not received

So far, I give this couch 5 stars. It is pretty firm, which I hope will stand up to hard use by my 4 young kids. I was hesitant when the packages arrived because they were so beat up, they were falling apart, but the couch pieces themselves were very well wrapped with no sign of damage. I made the kids stay away for 3-4 days while the cushions were springing back into shape, and you can see from the last 2 pictures that I haven’t decided on a layout yet (and this couch ended up being longer than the one it replaced!), but I think this is going to work well for our family. (Note that the couch only comes with 2 square pillows in the same fabric, the rest I added!)

I received the second box of this couch today. I am pretty impressed with it considering it takes less than 10 mins to set up with 2 people. It arrived air compressed and in 2 boxes. All you got to do is open it, unroll, and cut open the plastic and it expands. It is a good side and deep. It is very firm and well made. The material is very soft and looks like it will hold up well. This is great for kids and gamers as you can move it around easy and separate into separate chairs. The color is as described in listing. Overall a good purchase!
