EDIT June 30th, 2026: I must say that when it comes to the customer service they were excellent but whom ever handles the parts replacements are not. I received 2 boxes that said, box four and five. When I received the original couch it had five boxes. Each box was labeled box one two box five the couch. It came with a packing slip that tells you everything that was in each box. But there was not any assembly directions. I had to get that from the customer service. In the original box there was a back cushion missing the ottoman and ottoman top was missing and several of the legs and plastic or rubber flats that went between the metal flats and bolts. Then I also had damage cushions and pillows which totaled four pillows and three cushions damaged they were put in the arms of the sectional pushed up into the frame without being straightened out so every one of the cushions had a V shaped void in them and 2 had the corners crushed. So the parts they sent me was 1 ottoman and ottoman cushion top, 3 pieces of the frame with the same kind of cushions with guess what? The cushions pushed up into the frame with the same voids and crushed corners and the pillows are the same way and all the hardware But no back cushion they're solution was to offered we a 20% refund and keep it as is. Or return it. I've already sold my previous living room furniture, we have to have something sturdy to sit on because my daughter used a walker and It has to be high enough for her to be able to get up from but I'm going to get something else I've called around to as a couple of churches and rehabs around my town to see if they're interested in it Several of the couch couches were damaged there was voids in the cushions where they shoved them inside the arms and backs of the chairs, and the ottoman and several legs and plastic flats were missing. The clips they sent to keep the couch together is terrible. The company should vacuum seal all pillows and cushions not just the back rest cushions to help keep the shapes instead of sending damaged deflated pillows and cushions Wayfair ordered new parts for me which the email says that they will be shipped in 10 day. They also gave me a 10% coupon that expired in a couple of weeks but really they should have given me a 10% refund for the hassle. It had taken me 4.5 hours to piece everything together after unboxing. The pros is that the couch is comfortable. Super unsatisfied with the experience of buying a couch from Wayfair.

In love with this couch. It’s beautiful, simple, comfortable, very easy to put together and for the price you just can’t beat !

A great couch grey shipping delivered fast. Everything is no damages. The quality is right. The material is right.

This is blue not gray. It’s also harder than I would have liked. I wouldn’t say don’t get it, just be cautious if the word “cloud” and be aware of the color.
