I recently purchased this couch, and overall, I really like it. The comfort level is exactly what I was hoping for. It’s firm, but still soft enough that you don’t feel like you’re sitting on a board. You don’t sink into it, which I personally prefer. If you like a firmer couch with good support, this one hits that sweet spot. Assembly, however, was definitely the most challenging part. It was rough and pretty arduous from start to finish. The hardware wasn’t labeled, so you have to figure out which screw corresponds to each letter in the instructions, which took extra time and patience. On top of that, the couch pieces themselves weren’t labeled either. Holding parts together while trying to screw everything in was tricky and sometimes frustrating. It’s doable, but be prepared to set aside a good chunk of time (and maybe an extra set of hands). Once assembled, the alignment is slightly off in a few spots but honestly, for the price, I’m not complaining. It still looks good and feels sturdy. Overall, not bad at all. Despite the tough assembly process, I’m happy with the purchase and feel like it’s a good value for the money.
