I ordered this sectional on October 13 and didn’t receive it until November 13, an entire month later. The shipping experience was really disappointing. Customer service didn’t seem aware of the delay, and the delivery came in multiple boxes on different days. Some pieces even had a few dark stains, likely from getting wet in the rain. BUT the sectional itself is a solid 5 stars. It’s beautiful, super comfy, and very spacious, exactly what I wanted for my family. The pull-out bed is a great bonus, and the color looks amazing in my space. Once it finally arrived, I fell in love with it. It’s big enough for me and my kids, and honestly feels like another bed. Overall, I definitely recommend this sectional for comfort and style just be prepared for possible shipping delays.

(Update) Sofa was received today. This is a decent sofa, smaller side and definitely needs some time to settle as the cushions are very firm. It’s soft but does attract any small clothing fuzz or pet hair. The shipping process was not at all what I expected. I ordered this sofa on October 13th. More than two weeks later, I have one corner of the sofa. While I understand the sofa is shipped in multiple boxes, the lack of communication or tracking information is terrible. After 2 weeks (Oct 22) I reached out to customer service who said they would have an answer soon. I reached out again today (Oct 29) after receiving 1 box out of 4 with still no answers. It’s not even showing in the order details as to whether or not two additional boxes even exist. I would absolutely avoid ordering this sofa as the entire process has been nothing but terrible. Customer service just confirmed the same order multiple times and stated I’ll receive a shipping confirmation when they ship. They’re “ready to ship” but no timeframe as to the shipping date. I would not recommend this sofa at all. Sofa states free one day delivery. Nothing is further from the truth.

It’s exactly as expected. Easy to put together. Beautiful olive green. The storage is easy to access and fits quite a lot. And the pull out portion is super easy and solid.

The corduroy L-shaped sofa is a nice sofa for a small space. We are going to be putting it in our daughter’s apartment which it will be great for. The cushion backs all came vacuum sealed so it will take time for them to open up. I like that the couch pulls out into a bed and there is also storage on the other side. The cushions are more on the firm side but hopefully after some use it will get broken in and softened up.
