Very disappointing experience. I purchased this couch really excited for it, only to have it break within a few months. For something this expensive, that is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, I was unable to get a refund or even a replacement. Poor product quality combined with poor customer service makes this a purchase I regret. I would not recommend buying from here based on my experience.
