I am an engineer and consider myself rather handy. These chairs look simple but are extremely difficult to put together. I had to go buy longer screws and modify the existing fabric cutouts. Took 3 days, several trips to the hardware store and lots of cursing to get them all together. They look great when done and are comfortable, but I am not sure how well the backs will stay in place.

Gorgeous chairs!! I love the pop of color they add to my dining room. Comfortable and easy to build.

We love the chairs. I recommend using your own tools instead of the tools that come with the chairs. Those tools are what makes putting the chairs together HARD! Once my husband ditched them and used his own tools, he but the chairs together fast.

Terrible Design. Very difficult to assemble. I could not assemble it despite being handy and having two engineering degrees.
