Came with multiple defects. It wasn’t lined up. It had no holes for assembly. The pull out broke on first use. The instructions were useless. Wayfair is wasting my time trying to return it despite it being defective. Avoid this cheap junk.

4 stars because the latches are super hard to slide together. The arms, Love seat and chaise come separately and you have to slide them together to get them to lock into place, Well the fluffiness of the couch overpowers the sliders so the furr blocks the sliders from latching. It took me about 45 mins to finally get it latched on and I ended up having to loosen the screws so it didn’t stick so close to the fur so now it’s kind of wobbly. The couch itself is beautiful and soft as ever . Super comfortable. The setup is just hard specially if you’re doing it alone.

We are super happy with this purchase. It’s very comfortable and so far it seems easy to clean.

Beautiful sofa! I wouldn’t recommend white to anyone with animals or kids but the white does look lovely. The fabric is extremely soft. The only problem we had with this sofa was assembly. We couldn’t find exactly where the holes were because there was no indication (markers or visible holes) where they were, eventually we guesstimated and got all the legs on and they were sturdy. It was also extremely difficult to align the pieces of the seating arrangement together. However if you can get through that (you need two people to assemble) it is a perfect couch. The pullout seat comes out smoothly and goes back in with ease and the cushioning seems level. Having optional cup holders is also great! Lumbar support is good with more bounce so you don’t sink in.

I am blown away by how gorgeous this sofa/chaise is. It is so fluffy, soft yet so plushy and comfortable. We all haven’t gotten off it since getting it. The first night, one of our cats left a gross hairball on it, I spot cleaned it and came off right away, good as new. So it cleans well and easy. The storage is fantastic. Lots of space in there. Do not hesitate. You will love it!!
