Crider 45'' Desk

Took me a little while to put the desk together (my own fault, but really simply following the instructions and it is pretty straightforward assembly). The material of the desktop is smooth and sleek. The desk feels pretty sturdy. Love the 2 drawers for storage -- and the modern design aesthetic. The desk design gives plenty of writing/laptop space without feeling bulky.

I was so excited to get this desk for my home office. When it arrived the box was open on the corner and the box was all beat up. Upon further inspection I noticed the wood pieces exposed were cracked and damaged. I contacted Wayfair immediately. I was offered a partial refund (22) absolutely not. I decided to open the box so I can take good photos to send. On the back of the instructions list the manufacture along with the contact for them and it states “ after purchase, you can contact them for missing or damaged pieces”. Upon looking at all the pieces I did notice I was missing two boards (5 and 13) needed to complete the desk. One board was for the side of the desk the other board was for the drawer. I was told by them that they cannot help me because I did not purchase it directly from them. I then reached back out to Wayfair and again they try to offer me a partial refund (22). I let them know the situation and that that is not acceptable. I was then offered a full refund. Now I am stuck with a bunch of heavy boards that I cannot do anything with. I am a single woman that lives on the third floor. I don’t know what I’m going to do. I do appreciate the refund, but I will not be purchasing from that particular manufacture again. What a disappointment. Disappointment
