I bought this couch for my apartment and have not been impressed with the quality or customer service. When the couch arrived, the holes in the bottom were not pre-drilled for the legs, despite being shown in the instructions, so I had to drill them myself in order to assemble the couch. And now, despite having the couch for less than two months, the front legs have warped and broken to where the couch is now unstable to sit on and cannot be used safely. I contacted both the wayfair virtual assistant and a live customer service agent over text, and both told me that I would not be able to receive any compensation (replacement parts or otherwise) for the couch, as it is past a 30 day window. I am extremely disappointed in this response, as clearly when I buy an over $200 piece of furniture, I expect it to last longer than two months. I've purchased items from wayfair before and have had good experiences in the past, so it's very disappointing that wayfair clearly does not see this as an issue, despite the fact that this piece of furniture would definitely now be unsafe to sleep on. I would not recommend this product.

Very pretty and perfect fit for my room. Loved it so much we bought two. Converts nicely to a small bed for our guests! The color is vibrant and goes with all of the pillows I selected. I am really happy with my purchase.

In terms of quality, it’s barely in the middle of the pack. For the price, the value is fair. The assembly was 10 minutes and the velvet is rich to the touch.

Futon is nice until its fully open out of the box with stains on it. This is unacceptable

The fabric on this futon is so thin you can see the lining underneath. The splotchy appearance is not lighting. It arrived with a broken arm bracket so we are waiting for hardware to fix that.
