They are making me rate this product, but I don’t have it … Wayfair just notified I’m sorry me that my package was just delivered. I have no package delivered at my apartment. I have no package on this product. I was unable to report to Wayfair that It wasn’t delivered because there wasn’t an option to choose or an option to choose “other” to explain. I couldn’t even give a rating, because there is nothing to rate. I have been waiting on two products from the delivery provider for 5 days after the expected date of the 13th. Every day, the delivery provider has been providing me with false information. The 1st attempt, the driver said it was too heavy, he asked if I had someone to help him I said no but do you think I can help you… he said no!! He told me, mo, worries…there are other drivers in the area and I can get them to help. Well, he lied , he never came back. Even worst, I noticed the next day that he updated my delivery as sent back to facility for customer to pick up. I was advised by the driver to get it delivered with two guys that exact day. The next day they stated that they will deliver it, but in return, took the product back to the facility. The third day, the same problem! The fourth and fifth and so on. I spoke with the supervisor today and she even advised me that this was not the proper procedure even after I spoke with them today I have an empty note on my door after they advised Wayfair that it’s been delivered. They are lying. I will be making another phone call and I have recordings of everything that I’m saying because I have cameras inside my house and audio recordings and I posted on my door advising everybody that enters into my apartment or knocks on my door that I have recordings active so they are liars. that I have ordered since last week. I ordered it the week before on the sixth.
