Disappointed a tad angry after receiving this product that was scratched & most screws were missing. Remaining scratched screws were obviously used. Trying to replace faulty parts, this website gave no option for returning without promising to pay. When I finally called (number difficult to find,) the item was replaced with a new one. The old item was picked up via FedEx, and my problem was ultimately resolved. The table itself is beautiful & it was not too difficult to assemble. without my promising a full return of this heavy bulky item. Ill be calling customer service. Formerly a very satisfied customer.

It arrived while a couple of scratches but overall a nice coffee table.

I bought two of these. They’re stable and well made, easy to assemble. One arrived scratched even though it was packaged securely so that tells me they aren’t paying that much attention at the factory. Too much of a hassle to return so I’m living with it. Otherwise I’m pleased.
